Hi I'm Sam. I'm a yoga teacher and yoga therapist with a desire to support all young people to be and feel their best. I've worked in charities supporting young people and families for over ten years.
As a yoga therapist I'm here to support you to build your mental and physical wellbeing.

what can yoga therapy offer you?
We can all feel fragmented, stressed, anxious, hypervigilant.
With yoga therapy you can learn techniques for coping with these experiences.
We work with movement, breathing, mindfulness, discussion and other techniques to reconnect with ourselves.
You can learn how to take your power back.

You'll build strength, flexibility, focus and calm. You'll learn how to nourish your body and be kind to your mind. You'll feel more connected to yourself. And have some fun along the way.

How it works

We'll spend the first session getting to know each other. I can explain the process and I'll be keen to understand what you'd like to work on.​

You might want to learn some breathing techniques to help stay calm in stressful moments, or ways of feeling more relaxed so you can sleep better.
​
We can agree some goals to focus on together and we'll meet weekly or fortnightly to work towards them.
